The history of Cabernet Sauvignon began to be unveiled in 1996. Its DNA finally revealed to us that Cabernet Sauvignon was the son of the varieties of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc. Monte das Louzeiras Cabernet Sauvignon has well defined and revealing characteristics of the caste, an intense ruby colour, vibrant aroma with spicy and balsamic notes, in the mouth it is balanced with silky and elegant tannins. What is important is that all the windows of the soul are open to what this wine can reveal.
